About the client

Teniso Vartai is a Lithuanian platform created to make tennis, padel and pickleball more accessible to both amateurs and professional players. Their goal is to help people easily find and book sports courts across Lithuania without unnecessary hassle.

Before collaborating with Caesar7, the client did not have a dedicated reservation system. Most tennis courts in Lithuania did not offer online booking, and the market lacked a single platform capable of aggregating a large number of courts in one place. This created difficulties for players and facility owners alike: bookings were handled manually, availability was unclear, and users had no centralised way to check schedules or make payments.

Teniso Vartai set out to solve this problem by creating an intuitive and reliable reservation system that brings together courts from different cities in one place, allowing users to quickly find available courts, book their preferred time and easily plan their game.

Client’s mission

Teniso Vartai aims to promote tennis and related sports in Lithuania by making it easy for players to find and book courts across the country. The platform allows users to choose a suitable date, time and location, view real-time availability and organise their game without hassle. In addition to the reservation system, the website includes a dedicated page with contacts of professional tennis, padel and pickleball coaches, enabling players to get in touch with trainers directly whenever they need guidance or lessons. Whether someone is just starting out or already an experienced athlete, the platform is designed to be simple, intuitive and accessible to everyone.

Challenges before the project

1. No existing reservation system. The client previously operated without an online booking solution. All court bookings were handled manually, through phone calls or messaging apps, which was inefficient and time-consuming.
2. No unified platform in the Lithuanian market. Lithuania lacked a centralised platform where users could book a large number of tennis or padel courts in one place. Each venue operated independently, often without real-time availability.
3. Need for an e-commerce foundation. Beyond bookings, Teniso Vartai planned to sell sports goods and equipment, but did not have an e-commerce system to support catalogues, filtering, product details or online payments.
4. Desire for scalability and quick performance. The future system needed to be fast, flexible, adaptable to new sports categories and capable of handling a large amount of data from different locations.

Our Solution

To meet these needs, we developed a custom project using the CZAR7® e-commerce and reservation system. The platform was built around the client’s business model and designed to handle both court booking and online sales.
